Toddler Play Area

Trains, planes, and automobiles is the theme for Ridgmar's toddler play area, designed to reflect the modes of transportation for Fort Worth toddlers to escape and enjoy. Soft seating is available around the perimeter of the play area for the parents to relax and unwind. The play area is located on the lower level near the elevator, and is open during all mall hours.  

*We want to make sure we are providing you and your children a clean place to play.  In order for us to do this, the play area is closed daily between 2:45pm to 3:15pm for cleaning.   Thank you.

Stroller Rentals

There are three (3) SmarteCarte stroller rental centers located in the following areas throughout Ridgmar:

• Lower Level Mall Entrance between Old Navy and Dillard's
• Lower Level next to the Toddler Play Area
• Upper Level, Food Court

Security

Security services include:

• Security Escort Service - Ridgmar Security is available to escort you to your car at any time.
• Lost Cars - Ridgmar Security is available to assist in finding lost vehicles.
• Dead Batteries - Personnel is available to do jump starts. 
• Please call Ridgmar Mall Security at 731-0641 for assistance.

Ridgmar Mall Management Office

The mall management office is located on the upper level next to Dillard's. The management office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Automatic Teller Machines (ATM's)

Cash flow running low? For your shopping convenience, there are three (3) ATM machines located throughout Ridgmar:

• Lower Level near Macy's between Sunglass Hut and John L. Ashe.
• Upper Level at the Dillard's mall entrance (inside Dillard's)
• Upper Level Food Court across from Chick-Fil-A.

Coca-Cola Refreshment Centers

There are seven (7) Coca-Cola Refreshment Centers located in the following areas throughout Ridgmar:

• Lower Level Mall Entrance between Old Navy and Dillard's
• Lower Level across from Sears
• Lower Level across from Forever 21
• Lower Level in front of the restrooms
• Lower Level across from Sunglass Hut
• Lower Level across from Macy's
• Upper Level between Neimans and Macy's

Kids Club

1st Thursday of select months
11am - 12noon

Kids Club is an exciting program from Ridgmar Mall that will provide events on the first Thursday of each month (except for November and December) that are sure to entertain, enrich and educate both children and parents. Plus, our wonderful merchants will also provide refreshments, goody bags and product sampling (while supplies last).
